Processing:

Raw Ajwain Honey is collected by doing bee-keeping in Monofloral Ajwain Farms during its flowering season. So that honeybees can collect nectar from Ajwain flowers and store it in the bee boxes. . The bees make their honeycombs in these frames and use them to collect the honey. Once enough honey is produced, the honey collection process begins.

Harvested:

Multi floral honey is harvested from various region such as Nothern Areas (Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ) and also in Punjab, Sindh and Baluchistan Province Depending on local environmental conditions. In Pakistan, this would typically be from March to June from spring to early summer.
